Romain Tardy is a French young digital artist, born in Paris. Previously known as Aalto / livevisuals, Romain Tardy directs movies and creates installations, circumventing the screen as the only projection support. After studying art and design for 4 years, he co-founded the European visual label and collective AntiVJ in 2008, notably together with Joanie Lemercier. Romain Tardy currently lives and works in Brussels.
